Ordering custom printed lunch boxes comes down to four decisions: the box model, the board colour, whether there is a window, and how the artwork sits on the panel. Get those wrong and the parcel arrives looking right in the digital proof and wrong on the shelf. This page sets out the specification lines for the BECOPACK lunch box range — six models from 500 ml to 2100 ml, in kraft or window versions. Specifications are indicative and subject to final written confirmation.
The six models, kraft and window
The suffix tells you the format: KB is the kraft box, WB is the same box with a clear window. Both share the size ladder, so a range can mix the two without changing carton plans.
Decision one: kraft or window
A window shows the food, which helps where the meal is the product — bakery, salads, dessert, deli counters. A kraft box hides the contents and presents a plain, warm surface that prints brand colour reliably. If part of your range needs visibility and part does not, order both from the same size ladder.
Decision two: which print area
A lunch box gives you three printable surfaces: the front panel, the two side gussets, and the lid. The front panel carries the brand; the gussets carry legally required text and handling marks; the lid is best kept clean so the box reads clearly when stacked in a bag. Full-panel printing on a folded box needs artwork that accounts for the fold lines — a design that runs edge to edge across a fold will break at that line.
Decision three: board and coating
White board holds bright, saturated colour; natural kraft shifts every printed colour warmer, so a brand blue printed on kraft reads green-ish. Grease-resistant coating is chosen by the food: a saucy hot meal needs a barrier a dry pastry does not. State the food type in the inquiry rather than the coating name — the factory will match the coating to the application.
Decision four: packing and carton line
Boxes ship flat and fold on site. Carton quantity depends on the model, and a mixed order should be quoted in carton lines rather than total pieces so freight and storage can be planned. Confirm the carton configuration with the sample.
