Paper Serving Trays: Sushi, Snack and Street Food Formats

Rolled-rim sushi trays, boat-shaped snack trays, rectangular trays and flat serving trays — which format fits which food.

Serving trays look interchangeable until the food goes in: sushi needs a long rim, fries need a folded wall, street snacks need a boat that fits a hand. BECOPACK's tray range splits into rolled-rim sushi trays, boat-shaped snack trays, rectangular snack trays, flat serving trays and divided snack trays. Specifications are indicative and subject to final written confirmation.

Format by food

  • Sushi trays (BC-ST): eight models from 175 ml to 925 ml with a 24 mm height and rolled rims — long formats for maki, wider formats for plated sets.
  • Boat-shaped trays (BST): six models from 4 oz to 32 oz — the open serving format for fries, skewers and street food.
  • Rectangular snack trays (BC-RT): seven models from 165 ml to 731 ml with raised walls for loaded fries and sauced snacks.
  • Flat serving trays (FT): six open formats where presentation matters more than volume.
  • Divided snack trays (BC-SN): three models with separated compartments for sauce-and-main pairings.

Two checks before ordering

First, match the tray to how it is carried — a boat tray rides in one hand, a flat tray rides on a tray service. Second, check the wall height against the food: a sauced snack in a 16 mm flat tray will travel onto the customer. Quote the model reference and confirm dimensions and lid fit against the approved sample. Browse the full serving tray range.
